Tech Spec
- Fully engineered, galvanised steel structural carcass. All structural components are steel giving INDiPOD real strength and longevity at its core.
- The envelope is made from volcanic rock. Our external cladding is durable and water-proof with an eco-friendly finish. What colour are you?
- INDiPOD is topped off with an EPDM roof designed to keep the worst of British weather at bay.
- The INDiPOD has 150mm insulation keeping the warmth in and the cold air out. Not only is that better for the environment, it reduces your heating bill – ch ching!

INDiPOD has two main goals:
- To deliver a strong, durable and quality-engineered building that can be enjoyed in all seasons for many years.
- To create a building with low levels of environmental impact.
Our steel frame will last beyond the life of its timber equivalent. It can be disassembled and reassembled if required and one day in the distant future (and only if needs must) it is fully recyclable.
We use eco-friendly and 100% sustainable volcanic cladding, high-standard insulation to reduce heating requirements, energy-saving LED lights and A+ windows and doors.

Depending on your situation INDiPOD can crane in your fully built pod or assemble on site. A site visit will be needed to determine the best solution for your individual project.
